- I believe that good Customer Service Reps are the secret weapon of successful companies! You can have the best product ever created, and a great sales team, but without outstanding Customer Support, especially in today's technology, your customer base can not thrive. People are still people and want to hear a "live" voice on the other end of the phone when they require Customer Service. This is where y my passion kicks in. I thrive on giving 120% to be sure that each and every customer I speak with feels as if they are our most valued customer. I enjoy the interaction with people and the challenge to be sure they come away satisfied and confident that they will always be able to count on me to do whatever I can to be sure their needs are met. I have been working in customer service for 13 years now and find that I truly enjoy the work!
